Co-designing solutions
Alberta Health Services (AHS), Primary Care Networks, community leaders, and partners came together to build on local strengths and resources. With a deeper understanding of the needs and experiences within the community, they collaboratively made decisions on important opportunities, and proceeded to co-design and test solutions that would better support the financial well-being of the community. Leaders were equipped with human-centred designed training, applied tools, and approaches that helped them to plan in a way that was relevant and meaningful.
